1. Prepare For Your Project: Gather your files and dimensions for your custom project. For raster-based imagery, we prefer .psd, .tif, .pdf, or .jpg files at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. For vector-based designs, we prefer .ai, .eps, or .pdf files. Ordering a sample is always recommended.
2. Complete Your Order: Upload your photo file and select your size, add to cart, and check out. Once your order has been received our team will begin working on a digital proof. Custom projects will be charged upfront, but not considered final sale until proofs are approved.
3. After Purchase - Preview Your Digital Proof: A digital proof will be provided within 3-5 business days. Review your proof for artwork placement and accuracy. Our standard production time to complete your order is 15-20 business days from approval of digital proofs.
